Tavastha Ayurveda is an initiative by a woman to bring forest-grown health and ancient wisdom to urban. Makshika is a wild bee found in the forests of Central India, Honey from this bee is highly medicinal as mentioned in ancient texts of Ayurveda. Our honey is cultivated as per the ancient Tribal method of taking only 50% of the honey and leaving behind 50% for our little bee friends. The hives aren’t broken and this ethical process ensures bio-conservations and the finest quality of the Honey. Raw wild honey is more nutritious than a box or any other honey as it contains bee propolis and bee propolis is rich in Vitamins & Minerals. -
