Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy


Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). 


1. Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

2. Refunds

If approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. In case of any delays or assistance, please contact us.

3. Self-pick up - There will be no returns for orders picked up at the store. Please check the items before leaving the pick-up point.

4. Returns - For damaged products (deliveries within and outside Bangalore), please call us within 12 hours of receiving the items of intimating us. You will require to email us the details with pictures to proceed with the enquiry for returns. 

5. Outside Bangalore delivery - Perishable items like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products will not be shipped outside of Bangalore. In case you have placed an order for such items, the team will call you to replace such items with other items. There will be no refund in such a case.
